Freedom Specialty’s Programs underwriting has partnered with Intellectual Property Insurance Services Corp. (IPISC) to offer intellectual property insurance products.
The policy offers broad coverage provisions for startups to established companies. The policy will offer coverage on a claims-made basis with limits up to $10 million available. Litigation management services also are included with the policy.
According to Robert Fletcher, president of IPISC, the partnership will provide financial strength and expertise to companies to protect their businesses against potentially crippling IP litigation.
