The Professional Insurance Agents (PIA) National installed new officers during the group’s board of directors meeting last month in New Orleans. Each of the officers will serve one-year terms from October 1, 2015, through September 30, 2016.
Robert W. Hansen Jr., of Omaha, Nebraska became president; Gareth W. Blackwell Jr., of Corinth, Maine became president-elect; Timothy G. Russell, of Southport, Connecticut became vice president/treasurer; Keith A. Savino, of Mahwah, New Jersey became secretary/assistant treasurer; and Richard A. Clements, of Chalmette, Louisiana became immediate past president.
PIA is a national trade association that represents member insurance agents and their employees.
