    Most employees do not report sexual harassment for fear of loosing their jobs … regardless of a company’s policy.

        Yes, because your average small-company employee and harassing boss are subject to the same level of attention by the media as actors, captains of industry and other public figures.

    I agree with Bob. The government should force companies to review their policies regarding this sexual harassment matter. Employees should also be brave to speak up about this. I have just read an article that might be useful for anyone who have experienced such harassment at https://www.lemberglaw.com/what-is-workplace-sexual-harassment/. We need to change this bad culture. We should fight against sexual harassment together.
