Insurance Journal has opened its annual Agency Salary Survey, inviting retail insurance agency professionals across the property/casualty sector to participate.
The survey is open to agency owners, principals, producers, account managers, CSRs, and support staff, offering a comprehensive look at compensation trends across agency roles and experience levels. Completion takes approximately 15 minutes, and all responses are kept strictly confidential.
As competition for experienced talent continues to intensify, compensation benchmarking has become a strategic necessity for agencies seeking to recruit, retain, and motivate employees. Insurance Journal’s Agency Salary Survey results provide participants with industry-wide perspective on salaries, bonuses, and pay structures.
The aggregated findings will be published in Insurance Journal’s February 23 print magazine, serving as a reference point for agency leaders and professionals evaluating where their compensation stands relative to peers nationwide.
Insurance agency professionals interested in contributing to this year’s survey can participate here.
The deadline to participate is January 28.
