Marsh names Zafiriadis Leader of new Service Delivery Practice, US and Canada, Marsh Risk

Marsh, headquartered in New York City, appointed Katrina Zafiriadis as leader of its newly established service delivery practice (SDP), U.S. and Canada, Marsh Risk. Based in New York, she reports to Levee Brooks, chief operating officer, U.S. and Canada, Marsh Risk.
Zafiriadis has two decades of leadership experience in service delivery and operational resilience. She most recently served as chief of staff to Michelle Sartain, president of Marsh Risk, U.S. and Canada. Before joining Marsh in 2018 as business resiliency head of the Americas, she was regional head of operational resilience risk at Deutsche Bank and global operations and program manager at AllianceBernstein.
Zafiriadis will spearhead efforts to optimize client service delivery, reduce complexity, and elevate the overall client experience across the U.S. and Canada.
Marsh Risk’s new Service Delivery Practice unifies client service specialists across regions, client segments, risk practices, and specialties. The SDP’s core teams are based in Austin, Texas; Bogotá, Colombia; and Mexico City, with additional colleagues located throughout the U.S. and Canada.
