Guaranty Insurance Services Appoints EVP of P/C Sales

Guaranty Insurance Services Inc. announced that it named Von Breaux executive vice president of Property and Casualty Sales.

Breaux comes to Guaranty Insurance from Syracuse, N.Y., where he worked as the director of Sales for Wausau Insurance Companies. There he revitalized key divisions, implemented an aggressive marketing plan that increased new business and assisted agents in achieving corporate profit and revenue goals.

Originally from the Austin area, Breaux attended Round Rock High School and walked on at the University of Texas playing football.

The insurance business has been a vital part of his life. His mother owned Georgetown Insurance Agency and his father worked for Unitrin for 38 years. Breaux began his career as a commercial lines underwriter and built his job portfolio in insurance marketing and sales management.

Guaranty Insurance Services operates offices in seven Texas cities and in the greater Los Angeles area. Its core business includes retail property and casualty insurance, risk management, annuity brokerage and life and health insurance.
