Hull & Company announced the promotion of Madelyn Cohen to vice president and branch manager of its New Orleans, La. office. The promotion was effective in late 2004.
Prior to working for Hull & Company, Cohen spent 20 years with IB&M, a wholesale subsidiary of Lafayette Insurance Company. Hull purchased IB&M in 2003. She has a CPCU designation.
“Madelyn brings great enthusiasm and experience to the table. In addition, she is one of the most connected people I’ve ever known in terms of a local insurance marketplace—she is very close with all the associations, the CPCU, and the media. Her love of the business and our company is something I admire tremendously and I’m thrilled to make this announcement,” Chris Hull, vice president of Hull, said.
