The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports fewer people are dying in traffic accidents on Oklahoma roadways this year compared to 2007.
The patrol says 108 people have died so far this year on Oklahoma roads, compared to 135 people during the same time last year.
The month of March also is proving less deadly for motorists in Oklahoma. So far in March there have been 23 traffic-related fatalities, compared to 32 deaths during the same time in March 2007.
