The Independent Insurance Agents of Texas (IIAT) and its Trusted Choice agencies announce that Todd Kilkenny has joined the association as director of agency management resources. Kilkenny will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing strategic agency management initiatives and programs to support the growth and development of member agencies across the state.
Kilkenny brings more than 20 years of industry experience from both the insurance carrier and independent agency sides of the business. He is a licensed property and casualty agent and has served active roles in local insurance associations. Most recently he was awarded the 2010 President’s Award for his service and dedication to the Independent Insurance Agents of Dallas.
Prior to joining IIAT, Kilkenny held the position of director of Marketing for U.S. Home Team and has held key management and marketing positions with AAA Texas, Kemper Insurance Companies and Zurich.
