The CPCU Society’s Fort Worth Chapter announced the winners of its annual scholarship program on October 26, 2010. The winners for 2010 were University of North Texas students Ashleigh Buchanan, Kimberly Hodges, Jin Na, Addison Weiss and Cassandra Wilcox.
The Fort Worth Chapter holds a Charity Golf Tournament each April to raise funds for the scholarship program. Over the last 14 years, the Fort Worth Chapter has been able to award $184,000 in scholarship funds to UNT Insurance Students.
Members of the CPCU Society’s Fort Worth Chapter are involved in a number of charitable, educational and volunteer events throughout the year, including a Good Works Program that benefits Lena Pope Home.
