IMA Inc. has added Matt Brand as a business development executive for IMA Benefits in Dallas.
Brand has extensive insurance industry experience having worked on both the brokerage and carrier sides of the industry.
Brand is focused on business development and client retention, the company’s announcement said. He completes careful research and employs creative problem solving skills to realize opportunities for improved insurance programs at lower costs. He also consults with clients about health risk management strategies that can improve the health of employee populations while “bending the trend” of escalating health care costs.
IMA, an independently owned retail insurance broker, is part of the IMA Financial Group Inc., a diversified financial services company specializing in insurance, asset and risk management with 450 employees and offices in seven markets across the nation. IMA has offices in Dallas, Denver, Kansas City, Topeka and Wichita, Kan.
