The county sheriff’s office says no injuries or damage are reported.
The Geological Survey says the 2.5 magnitude quake was recorded at 5:28 p.m. Wednesday with an epicenter four miles southeast of Manila and about 50 miles north of Memphis, Tenn.
Geologists say earthquakes of magnitude 2.5 to 3.0 are generally the smallest that are felt by humans.
