The Independent Insurance Agents of Texas (IIAT) has named Delia (Dee) Randall, personal lines ACSR at Duncan Fraser & Bridges Insurance Agency in Pampa, the Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) of the Year at IIAT’s 116th Annual Conference and Trade Show in Dallas. This award is given annually to an ACSR in Texas who exemplifies outstanding leadership and service to the independent agency system and to the public.
Randall goes above and beyond to help her customers. She most enjoys helping the elderly and young couples understand insurance coverages and believes that the most important component of quality customer service is knowing your customers, your product and their insurance needs.
Randall is very active in her church, First Baptist of Pampa, where she serves alongside her husband in the church’s deacon ministry. She teaches a Sunday school class for women from the ages of 80 and over in addition to teaching a Wednesday night bible study class for women of all ages. She and her husband run a bus route for teenagers so they can have a ride to the church on Wednesday nights.
In addition to receiving the award, Randall received $1,500 from Myron Steves and the chance to win the national competition later this year.
