    My condolences to the families of the dead employees.

    I hope the state finds DuPont accountable for taking shortcuts with employee safety and training. The employees should have worn full equipment — but the investigation needs to uncover whether full equipment was provided and if it was a mandatory part of the process.

    I’m all for alliterative headlines, does it really need to say accidental asphyxiation? If it was accidental, wouldn’t it say was murdered, or strangled by boss?
