Dallas-based global loss adjusting and risk management services company Cunningham Lindsey has added Denise Long as vice president of Catastrophe Operations and Michael Bruce as director of Flood Operations.
Long will refine and direct the company’s Catastrophe Services Division, and build strategic partnerships with new and existing clients.
Bruce will lead a team of experienced and certified flood adjusters while also identifying opportunities to drive growth to Cunningham Lindsey’s flood adjusting services, specifically within the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) / Write Your Own Flood specialized market.
Long brings more than 20 years’ experience in the claims industry. She has served in numerous management roles, most recently serving as director of Operations for a leading third-party administrator dedicated to the catastrophe space. She has field experience as a catastrophe adjuster, having worked storms such as Hurricanes Charley, Ivan, Frances, Dennis and Katrina.
Bruce is a well-known subject matter expert on NFIP claims and brings more than 10 years of NFIP experience working with providers such as Torrent, National Flood Services and Write Flood. Bruce has experience in field management and training, as well as hands on field flood adjusting.
