Irving, Texas-based WebTPA, a provider of health plan management services and an AmWINS Group company, appointed Megan Rigby as chief growth officer (CGO).
As an extension of her past accomplishments in expanding WebTPA’s national footprint as executive vice president (EVP), Rigby will be responsible for maintaining WebTPA’s long-term development and continued leadership in the managed healthcare industry, ensuring that sustained and lucrative growth remain at the forefront of the company’s business strategy.
Throughout Rigby’s 19 years with WebTPA, she has touched all aspects of the company, from Operations to Medical Economics to Account Management, providing her with a well-rounded experience base.

An expert in the nuances of large self-funded health plans, Rigby has worked closely with some of the country’s leading health systems and employer groups, helping them realize their strategic goals and stay ahead of the curve in the rapidly changing world of managed healthcare.
