This is the proper action by the Federal government. However, I’d like to know if the alleged harassment occurred as a result of one or two workers, and if so, what is their current employment status with HAL? Terminating an employee(s) based upon allegations is a potential lawsuit waiting to happen if the allegations turn out to be false or misrepresented by the accusers or the news media reporting such. We need more details than are reported here to make a reasonable conclusion about the several workers involved, both accused and accusers. Finally, I wonder if such incidents are reported by the news media which involve other demo group persons subject to similar harassment; e.g. Trump supporters, White House staff, etc.?
