Midlands Management Corp. has named Joshua Reynolds a broker in its transportation unit in Dallas, Texas.

Reynolds has 19 years of insurance underwriting experience.

He was previously a senior transportation underwriter for QEO Insurance Group. He was with Hallmark Specialty Underwriters before that.

Midlands is a wholesale broker with a specialty in work injury benefits.
