Insurance broker Hub International Limited has acquired the assets of US Insurance Source LLC and certain of its affiliates (USIS). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Spring, Texas, USIS is an independent insurance agency specializing in commercial insurance, including trucking insurance. USIS provides coverages to help protect owner-operators, fleet managers and related freight and trucking companies. Its focus on the transportation industry complements Hub’s existing products and services.
Mark Walton, owner of USIS, will join Hub Transportation and report to Jerry Gillikin, executive vice president of Hub Transportation.
Headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, Hub is a global insurance broker.
