Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2011, McMillan Insurance Group provides customized commercial trucking insurance products and services for trucking enterprises of all sizes. The agency is committed to offering its clients excellent customer service and solutions to their insurance needs quickly and simply.
World Insurance Associates LLC, headquartered in Tinton Falls, New Jersey, is a nationally ranked, full-service insurance brokerage providing risk management, insurance, and benefit consulting services for individuals and businesses.
