The Texas Windstorm Insurance Association has filed the following revised endorsements with the Texas Department of Insurance for approval:
- Revised Endorsement No. 164 – Replacement Cost Coverage – Coverage A (Building) and Coverage B (Business Personal Property).
- Revised Endorsement No. 165 – Replacement Cost Coverage – Actual Cash Value Roofs.
The revised endorsements, filed on May 15, 2020, reinsert language that was omitted when the forms were updated on Sept. 19, 2019.
