Jencap Group LLC has acquired the assets of Delta General Agency Corporation, a full-service specialty wholesale brokerage and managing general agency based in Houston. Delta will operate under the auspices of the Jencap Insurance Services division.
Delta General Agency Corporation was formed in 1959 to provide Texas retail producers access to specialized insurance facilities, and their capabilities grew from there. Delta is a wholesale intermediary for approximately 50 admitted and non-admitted special risk carriers.
