Ron Novak joined Alliant Insurance Services, headquartered in Irvine, California, as senior vice president and producer within its employee benefits group. Novak, based in Greater Fayetteville, Arkansas, works with employers across Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Tennessee, and Texas.

Novak has 29 years of industry experience, most recently serving as senior vice president at Relation Insurance Services. Previous roles include area vice president at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. and co-founder/sales and operations leadership at Group Benefits Network.
