Alliant Insurance Services has hired Alex Gramling as Senior Vice President within its Employee Benefits Group.
Based in Fayetteville, Arkansas, Gramling will serve a national client base, drawing from a background that spans the full spectrum of employee benefits, including actuarial, consulting, and corporate leadership roles.
Gramling has spent more than a decade as an employee benefits consultant, partnering with multi-state employers across industries such as financial services, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and retail. His consulting expertise includes robust planning in absence, disability, and life insurance programs, as well as complex projects in group health, stop-loss, and health economics informatics.
Prior to joining Alliant, Gramling was Senior Director, Total Rewards at a Fortune 100 global company, where he helped design and implement compensation and benefits strategies aligned to corporate objectives and workforce needs. His combined experience across carrier, consulting, and corporate roles provides a unique and comprehensive perspective that informs his client partnerships at Alliant.
