INSURICA announced that Erick Johnson has joined the company as Vice President of Sales, P&C.
Johnson brings more than 25 years of experience in production, sales leadership and agency management to the role. He has a track record of developing high-performing producers, several of whom reached $1 million in production within a short amount of time.
Based in Oklahoma City, Johnson will spend the coming weeks meeting with teams across INSURICA to learn more about the people who make up the organization.
As INSURICA works toward its $450 million growth goal, Johnson’s expertise is expected to play a key role in strengthening the company’s sales culture and developing the next generation of producers and leaders.

With over 14 years of industry experience, Armstrong specializes in complex casualty placement, with a strong focus on real estate and construction. He brings a unique perspective to his role, having spent 6 years in casualty underwriting before becoming a wholesale broker.
