Bamboo Insurance announced the launch of its Texas Essential Homeowner Program, a new admitted, flexible product designed to give Texas homeowners greater flexibility in how they structure their coverage.
Bamboo Insurance said the structure keeps coverage transparent while providing greater flexibility to insureds to tailor coverage to their individual needs and budgets.
Policyholders can tailor their roof coverage, water coverage, and loss settlement options to fit their home’s age, condition, and budget. A suite of optional add-ons gives homeowners additional flexibility to build the coverage that’s right for them.
Those who have made qualifying home improvements can receive meaningful premium credits, and discounts are available for claim-free homeowners and recent home buyers alike.
The launch builds on Bamboo Insurance’s continued expansion of its product offerings and capacity. In July, the company introduced its Essential homeowners program in California and announced a new partnership with MS Transverse, adding approximately $150 million of admitted capacity in the state.
