Lawrence (Bud) Stumbaugh, president and CEO of Atlanta-based AssuranceAmerica Corporation, announced the appointment of Daniel Brannock as president of AssetAmerica Insurance Agencies LLC, its retail agency chain.
Prior to joining AssetAmerica, Brannock was vice president of Henderson & Phillips Corporation, of U.S.I. Insurance Services.
“This addition to our management team will add significant focus to the expansion of our agency operations,” said Stumbaugh.
AssuranceAmerica focuses on the non-standard automobile insurance marketplace, primarily in Florida and Georgia. Its principal operating subsidiaries are AssetAmerica Insurance Agencies, which sells personal automobile insurance policies through its 26 retail agencies, AssuranceAmerica Managing General Agency, and AssuranceAmerica Insurance Company.
