With insurance fraud reportedly totaling an average of $80 billion a year, North Carolina-based MJM Investigations Inc. and Royal & SunAlliance have inked an agreement that emphasizes the commitment of both companies to help reduce the rising cost of insurance caused by insurance fraud.
Royal & SunAlliance has contracted with MJM Investigations to provide fire and investigative services for Royal & SunAlliance claims throughout the United States.
MJM’s SIU program offers value-added benefits, including personalized products and services, expert consulting and state-of-the-art technology. MJM conducts investigations, provides training and education, and offers their expertise as consultants.
MJM Investigations has also designed and hosts a customized Royal & SunAlliance SIU Web site which will provide adjusters access to CaseTrak. CaseTrak is MJM’s technology solution that allows clients to monitor their cases from their computer desktops, with real-time access via a secure Web site.
