While Senate confirmation is required, Fla. Gov. Charlie Crist announced the following appointments and re-appointment to the state’s Building Code Administrators & Inspectors Board:
-Robert McCormick, 59, of Orlando, self-employed code administration consultant, re-appointed for a term beginning Aug. 7 and ending Oct. 31, 2009.
-Richard Gathright, 57, of Lake Worth, deputy building official, Palm Beach County Building Division, succeeding Margaret Pass, appointed for a term beginning Aug. 7 and ending Oct. 31, 2010.
-Joan Overton, 54, of Pensacola, Americans with Disabilities Act Coordinator, University of West Florida, succeeding Linda Armstrong, appointed for a term beginning Aug. 7 and ending Oct. 31, 2009.
