Forrest J. Boushall joined Lakeland, Fla.-based Lanier Upshaw as regional vice president, and managing director of employee benefits at the firm’s Tampa office.
In this role, Boushall is responsible for providing strategic oversight and business development in the Employee Benefits Department.
Boushall holds the Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant designations along with his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia.
Monica Mormann joined Lanier Upshaw as vice president and commercial account executive.
Mormann will be responsible for maintaining client relationships along with the technical service of client accounts.
Mormann holds the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor.
