PMA Cos. has hired Krystal Erickson as an account executive for Florida.
Erickson will be responsible for growing PMA’s workers’ comp, commercial auto and general liability third part claims administration business and risk control services in the state.
She previously held sales, claims and account management positions with Xchanging and Cambridge Integrated Services Group.
