The Property Casualty Insurers Association of America (PCI) has named G. Donovan Brown its new counsel and regional manager for Florida.
Brown takes on the government relations role at PCI after a decade in government and law. He comes to PCI from Foley & Lardner LLP, where he was an associate. In that position, he represented clients on matters pending before the Florida legislature, the Office of Insurance Regulation and the Department of Financial Services.
Previously, he was an associate at Akerman Senterfitt LLP, and prior to his legal career, he served as a special assistant to Gov. Jeb Bush.
