You know that if the insured requested those changes, the agent would have made them along with the other changes they requested and the agent made. He’s not going to do half of what they requested, that’s just not logical. The fact that he made some changes, basically proves he did what they requested, no less and no more.

Lauren, I agree. It doesn’t make sense that this respected agent would make some but not all of the changes.
