The Professional Insurance Agents of Florida and Windhaven Insurance have formed a partnership that gives PIA members a direct appointment to write policies with Windhaven Insurance upon meeting minimal criteria.
The PIA of Florida has added an auto carrier to its Agency Power-Up Program, joining with Security First Insurance to provide Florida’s professional insurance agents with market access to serve their customers.
According to Corey Mathews, CEO/executive vice president of PIA of Florida, the Windhaven partnership expands PIA’s access program into the auto market, as auto market access has emerged as a new challenge to agencies throughout Florida. The program is an exclusive benefit of membership in the PIA of Florida, which represents agents throughout the state by providing its members with legislative advocacy, education programs, information and discounted member services.
