Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has acquired Complete Benefit Alliance, LLC. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1997, Complete Benefit Alliance (CBA) is a full-service benefits enrollment and communications firm serving large and mid-sized, public and private sector employer groups across the United States from its home office in Birmingham, Ala., and regional office in Phoenix, Ariz.
Steven R. Griffin and his team will continue to operate from their current locations under the direction of John Neumaier, head of Gallagher’s Great Lakes employee benefits consulting and brokerage operations.
Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., a global insurance brokerage, risk management and consulting services firm, is headquartered in Rolling Meadows, Illinois. The company has operations in 35 countries and offers client service capabilities in more than 150 countries around the world through a network of correspondent brokers and consultants.
