PCF Insurance Services, an insurance brokerage operating in 40 states, has acquired All Star Insurance in Venus, Texas, and Encore Advisors, based in Norcross, Georgia.
Utah-based PCF said in a news release this week that the moves mark an ongoing strategy of expansion through acquisition for the firm, which offers commercial and personal lines along with benfits and workers’ compensation plans. PCF has some 4,000 employees across the country and has ranked as one of the largest brokers in the U.S.
Encore Advisors, founded in 2007, is considered a boutique benefits brokerage for clients that have less than 1,000 employees. All Star Insurance has specialized in trucking industry insurance needs since 2017.
