InsureTrust, an Atlanta-based specialty broker specializing in cyber risk, has named Sonja Kozel as senior vice president.
Kozel, with 10 years in the business, previously led sales for Cowbell, a cyber insurance company, and for Markel Specialty. She graduated from the University of Nebraska and is currently based in St. Louis. With InsureTrust, Kozel will aim to broaden the firm’s footprint and expand retail brokerage partnerships, the company said in a news release.
InsureTrust is a division of Starwind Specialty Insurance, a subsidiary of CRC Insurance Services, one of the largest U.S. wholesale specialty distributors.
