PCF Insurance Services, a multi-state brokerage headquartered in Utah, announced it has acquired four new operations, two of them in the Southeast.
The Brady Agency, offering commercial and personal lines coverage in North Carolina and Virginia with offices in the Raleigh area, will join forces with Insurance Associates of the Triad, already part of PCF, the brokerage said in a news release.
The Roseberry Insurance Agency in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, providing property-casualty products, will expand the PCF presence in the Southeast, PCF said.
Other acquisitions include Ignitist, based in Pennsylvania, which specializes in Medicare and senior benefits; and The Sinott Agency in Waterloo, Iowa, a multi-lines agency established in 1923.
PCF offers commercial and personal lines, life and health, employee benefits and workers’ compensation insurance plans. It has some 4,000 employees in 40 states.
