Michigan-headquartered Highstreet Insurance Partners, a rapidly growing, multistate insurance agency, has added to its Florida presence with the acquisition of Flagler Insurance Agency, based in Palm Beach, Florida.
The terms of the deal were not reported. Highstreet said in a news release that the merger will bring three offices in the high-growth Florida market.
Flagler, established in 1992, has specialized in finding coverage for equestrian, farm, commercial real estate and financial services companies in Florida. Tyler Schapiro is president of the agency.
Highstreet, founded in 2018, has continued to expand in recent years, partly through mergers and acquisitions. The firm said it has more than 350 agent partners around the country.
