Alliant Insurance Services announced two additions to the team in the Southeast.
Sadler Norris was named vice president in the employee benefits group, based in Atlanta. His goal is to work with clients to develop benefits plans that reduce health care costs and improve employee retention, Alliant said in a news release.
Norris previously worked with a provider of cloud-based benefits technology and he has worked with carriers.
Also this week, Trent Vance was named senior vice president in the employee benefits group. He will be based in Florida and will work with clients in the Southeast.
Vance has 25 years of experience in the benefits business, recently as a vice president for health and welfare for a global insurance brokerage.
Alliant, based in California, has been around for 100 years as a specialty broker.
