Former University of Georgia and NFL quarterback Jake Fromm has been hired as client advisor for Georgia-based insurance broker Sterling Seacrest Pritchard.

“I’m excited to start this new chapter of my life, building new and long-lasting relationships, and helping people along the way,” Fromm said in a news release from SSP.
Fromm will work in commercial property and casualty risk management at the broker and will be based in the Atlanta office. The firm was formed in 2021 with the merger of two major specialty brokerage and risk management firms that had been in business since the 1960s.
Fromm, 27, earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Georgia before playing for the Buffalo Bills, the New York Giants, the Washington Commanders and, most recently, the Detroit Lions in 2024.
