Simplifai, a provider of agentic artificial intelligence for property-casualty insurance claims, with offices in Miami, Florida, and Oslo, Norway, has named new members to its board of directors.
Noel Hamill and Nils Thomas Lien, both of whom have built and scaled global technology companies, are considered a strategic step up at a crucial time for the firm, Simplifai leadership said in a news release.
Hamill has more than 20 years in leadership at tech firms, incuding Expereo, parcelLab, GG Forsta, Ladbrokes Coral, EE and Vodafone Hutchinson. Lien has extensive experience in investments in technology, real estate, and industry, and is now with Brodrene Jensen.
