Jason Ellison has joined Alliant Insurance Services as senior vice president within its employee benefits group.
Based in Nashville, Tennessee, Ellison will serve a national client base, providing strategic guidance across all aspects of employee benefits and total rewards programs.
A 27-year industry veteran, Ellison has held leadership positions with several of the nation’s largest insurance brokerage and consulting firms. Most recently, was benefits leader, national healthcare practice, at Risk Strategies Company. He previously served as area senior vice president, health and welfare consulting at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. He has also worked with some of the nation’s largest hospitals and health systems, helping to advance direct-to-employer initiatives, clinical bundle execution and clinically integrated network solutions.
Alliant is headquartered in Irvine, California.
