YouZoom Inc. has launched comprehensive online account services for its insurance customers with do-it-yourself tools, making it easy for consumers to purchase policies and manage their accounts online at a private, secure site.
YouZoom is creating a nationwide network of insurance agent/broker web sites where consumers can immediately compare quotes from numerous insurance companies and instantly purchase a policy online. If they have a question or require additional assistance, insurance shoppers have the option of phoning their agent for more personalized service.
The expanded site features allow consumers who prefer to handle their own policy management to track payments, report claims and update policies online. The YouZoom Network, launched in California late last year, includes more than 140 agent/broker sites in its network.
