CSE Announces Annual Automobile Safety Scholarship

Civil Service Employees Insurance Group announced the launch of its 2001 Youth Automobile Safety Scholarship for high school seniors residing in California, Utah, Nevada and Arizona. Applicants must be children of full-time or retired public employees.

This year, the maximum number of $500 scholarships awarded will be increased from 10 to 12. Awards are based on the merit of student essays that propose ways to reduce the accident rate among teenagers. The competition deadline is March 30, 2001. Applications are available from the website, www.cseinsurance.com.
