Develops Agent Technology to Bridge Communication Gap

California-based has developed new technology to enable agents to better bridge the initial communication gap with consumers.

The “Lightning Response System” automatically sends consumers an e-mail confirmation from the agent who is to receive the lead. This message prepares the consumer and lets them know exactly who will be following up on their online inquiry. The program, offered exclusively by at no charge to clients, allows agents to personalize their message by inserting a photo, company logo, description of their services and contact information within the body of the confirmation e-mail to consumers.

“We designed this new technology to personalize the sales process and help agents quickly act to make contact conversion easier,” Eric Christopher, vice president of sales and marketing, commented.
