Iteration Software announced that the California State Automobile Association (CSAA) has chosen the Iteration Real-time Reporting Suite(TM) as the standard information delivery solution for the CSAA Claims Organization.
CSAA will use the Iteration Real-time Reporting Suite to enable the flow of real-time, event-driven information throughout the CSAA Claims Organization providing management with real-time control and visibility into claims processing to streamline and standardize the process. This solution provides real-time reports and metrics for every element of claims processing, down to the comparative performance and workload of individual claims adjusters. Instant insight into the daily activity of its claims adjusters allows CSAA to improve productivity, be more competitive, serve customers faster, and reduce the costs of processing a claim.
