San Diego-based Arrowhead General Insurance Agency Inc. has announced several new appointments.
Martin F. Sullivan Jr. will serve as vice president of the motorcycle division of the company. He will be responsible for operating divisions including production, assigning claims TPA, marketing and transitioning Lincoln General Motorcycle Program to Arrowhead. His principal focus will be on program enhancements and expansion into other states. Arrowhead General acquired the Sullivan & Sullivan General Insurance Agency motorcycle book of business on June 1, 2004. Sullivan has 15 years of experience in the insurance industry and at Sullivan & Sullivan was responsible for all aspects of the company, including personal management and insurance company relations.
Ryan O’Connor was promoted to vice president of marketing – field operations at Arrowhead General Insurance Agency. He will manage all distribution channels and employees involved. He has eight years of experience in the insurance industry. O’Connor previously served as assistant vice president – personal lines division at the company.
Lauri Thum was promoted to vice president of marketing – personal property division. She will be responsible for marketing to alternative and affiliate distribution sources plus overall responsibility for all personal property-related marketing in 10 states. Thum previously served as assistant vice president, marketing at the company. In addition to having seven years of experience in insurance marketing, she has an additional 10 years experience in sales and sales management.
