Baldwin Resource Group, Bellevue, Wash., has added Jeff Van Duzer, dean of the Seattle Pacific University School of Business and Economics, as vice chairman of its board of directors.
Van Duzer has a deep background in law and business. With a law degree from Yale Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in rhetoric from the University of California at Berkeley, he became dean of the SPU School of Business and Economics in 2001. Prior to his appointment he regularly taught ethics and business law courses at the school. He also practiced law for 20 years with the Seattle law firm of Davis Wright Tremaine, concentrating in commercial transactions and environmental law.
“With his legal and business background, Jeff adds expertise to our board that will only help us continue to grow and prosper into the future,” said Bill Baldwin, board chairman and founder of Baldwin Resource Group.
