John Bourland, an employee benefits specialist, has joined the Irvine branch of Insurance Office of America (IOA Insurance Services). He will be responsible for the development of products and services for California.
Bourland has provided insurance brokerage and consulting services in the field of employee benefits since 1990, representing a variety of employers with between 2,000 to 3,000 employees, including public and private companies and various industries.
